On Saturday afternoon, I anticipated a delivery, and I must say, Ivan and Robert were exceptional; they arrived within our agreed timeframe. Watching them from my window, they handled everything with care, meticulously unpacking and setting up everything in the house. Despite my special request, they didn’t hesitate or question it.
